Hello!
In the past weeks I have been quite the busy bee! I have had the privilege to be cast in two proffesionaltheatrical productions, which has been an amazing opportunity!
Unfortunately, there has been many long dance rehearsals which results in very little time ( if any) to eat.
After reading various other blogs, it seems that protein bars would be a great option for me ! The problem?
I've never had a protein bar that didn't taste chemically (the technical term).
That being said, I would love to hear some of your favorites and be willing to give them a try.
I'll give each brand a try and then give a full review of my thoughts.
I'm excited! I need some protein available after these dance rehearsals! Seriously, 8 hours of dance is not joke!

An Introduction
Hello!
Welcome to my little corner of the interwebs!
One Day At A Time is my place where I can share what my current obsessions are, what I've been up to as well as slow down for a moment and appreciate everything.
So, without further ado, here is a bit about me! I hope we will get to know each other better!
1. I love the performing arts especially singing and musical theater. In fact, I am currently pursuing a care in said proffession.
2. I love fitness and all things related. I am very interested in nutrition (proper nutrition that is!) and love running, pilates yoga, dance etc etc. you get the idea!
3. I love creating delicious food in the kitchen! I especially love creating healthful food that tastes delicious as well as provides the body with nutrients.
